The Role
In this exciting sales-focused role, you will take the lead in generating new client opportunities and expanding our network. You’ll connect with locals, nurture relationships, and become a trusted advisor for individuals and families navigating Home Care Packages.
As the first point of contact for potential clients and their loved ones, your high-energy and compassionate approach will help us deliver personalized care solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Take the lead in sourcing and cultivating new client opportunities to expand our reach and impact within the community.
- Follow up on all new client enquiries, nurturing each client’s journey from first contact to sign up.
- Provide tailored advice offering comprehensive information and practical guidance on their Home Care Package.
- Drive community engagement to promote our organisation with a deep understanding of our sector and key players within our community.
- Work in partnership with the operations teams including, client services, rostering and compliance teams to support the Customer Experience
What We're Looking For:
- A natural connector with a high-energy, go-getter attitude who thrives on building relationships and expanding networks.
- Proven knowledge of the aged care sector, with expertise in Home Care Packages.
- Results-driven with experience leading ethical sales processes with compassion.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to tailor your approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- The agility to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving business growth and client satisfaction.
