The Manager Services will oversee and coordinate the delivery of culturally safe, trauma-informed, and holistic services for Aboriginal people on Darkinjung country. This role involves leading dedicated teams, ensuring program excellence, fostering cultural connectedness, and empowering families to achieve improved health and well-being outcomes. Manager Services will collaborate with community partners, support capacity building, and uphold the values of cultural safety, responsiveness, and integrity in all aspects of service delivery.
1️⃣ Cultural Leadership & Community Engagement
– Ensure all service delivery is culturally safe, responsive, and trauma-informed.
– Strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal agencies, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
2️⃣ Strategic & Operational Management
– Oversee daily operations, service delivery, and best practice standards.
– Lead program development, policy implementation, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
3️⃣ Team Leadership & Development
– Mentor, support, and develop a high-performing, culturally competent team.
– Conduct supervision, training, and professional development to enhance team skills.
4️⃣ Service Quality & Continuous Improvement
– Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) and ensure services align with community needs.
– Monitor case management processes, client outcomes, and program effectiveness.
5️⃣ Stakeholder & Partnership Management
– Build strong networks with key government, health, and community organisations.
– Advocate for policy change and systemic improvements to benefit Aboriginal families.
6️⃣ Risk Management & Compliance
– Ensure safety protocols, risk assessments, and WHS compliance are in place.
– Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation to meet contractual obligations.
7️⃣ Advocacy & Cultural Empowerment
– Promote cultural connectedness and self-determination within service delivery.
– Champion community-led initiatives that empower Aboriginal families.
