Who could you be at GHD?
Our Financial Systems team are looking for our first ever graduate for 2026! Coming with an academic background in Business/Finance , with either a double degree in IT , or some experience with technology & coding , you’ll also gain exposure to other parts of our corporate Finance team.
A little more about the team, and the role can be found below:
- The position will be based in either Sydney or Brisbane
- The Financial Systems teams splits across two key areas; Finance Analytics & ERP Support
- ERP Support helps to manage our project management and accounting platform from an application support perspective. We define customisations and work with the development team to see the changes through. BOTs, automation and customisations galore!
- Finance Analytics partners with the broader GHD business to develop application solutions for challenges faced by the organisation. Think dashboards and financial models – we deliver it all.
- Whilst our software packages can be unique, if you have any coding or financial modelling experience, you’ll easily be able to apply your knowledge to your work in this team.
Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your career, and you’ll be intertwined with all of our graduates across the APAC business. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way.

- Video interviews: If you make it through the first stage, you’ll record some answers to a few straightforward questions. This helps us get a sense of your communication style and what excites you about GHD.
- Meet the team: Next, you’ll have a face-to-face or virtual interview with your prospective team. We’ll chat through some behavioural based questions to learn more about your skills and experience. It’s also a chance for you to get to know us!
- Psychometric assessments: These quick tests give us a glimpse into how you like to work and your strengths in relation to the role, complementing what we learn during your interview.
- Offer: Congratulations! If you’re successful, we’ll talk through all the finer details, like salary, your start date, and our background checking process.
