Role Purpose

As a Graduate Network Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience, deepen your technical knowledge, and contribute to real-world projects that make a difference. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge global network. Your work will empower us to deliver exceptional performance and reliability to customers around the world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Master Superloop Networks : Gain in-depth knowledge of Superloop's network architecture and support systems.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Understand how our network engineers work with other internal teams to keep services running smoothly.
  • Tackle Network Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents alongside colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Design, Deploy, and Optimize : Contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of Superloop's cutting-edge networks.
  • Commission and Decommission Networks : Assist in commissioning and decommissioning networks, including infrastructure provisioning and service migrations.
  • Training for Success: Complete technical and non-technical training to advance your career in network engineering.

Eligibility criteria:

  • A university degree with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking or Information Technology
  • Graduation expected by the end of 2025
  • Be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.
  • Be available to commence in January 2026.
