About the Role
Green by Nature is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality. Sites include private schools, commercial properties, and residential areas.
This position is ideal for experienced tradespeople with a passion for landscaping and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Execute various landscape construction tasks, including turfing, paving, retaining walls, and planting.
- Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features.
- Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences.
- Construct brick and block structures.
- Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion.
- Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

About You
- Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Works well in a collaborative team environment.
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
- Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications (e.g., White Card) preferred.
