DescriptionDowner Rail and Transit Systems (RTS) is committed to providing the highest quality Rollingstock & Overhaul services across the Australian markets. We are currently seeking a HR advisor to join our team in our Maryborough on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is responsible for providing administrative and advisory support to the site, with a focus across support and partnering to assist in providing excellent HR service. Including assisting managers, providing and assisting in site HR reporting, administrative functions and supporting the HR Manager.
About you
- Strong administrative skills.
- Hr Experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously towards a required outcome and be proactive and collaborate within a team.
