My Implant Dentist is a renowned, award winning cosmetic dentistry brand with a strong presence in Perth and Brisbane. As we continue to rapidly grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to become part of our dynamic team.
About the role
At our Moorooka practice, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in the field to support the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays, and provide patient education.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and mentorship of team members to ensure consistently high standards of care.
- Manage supplies and uphold compliance with ADA regulations.
About You.
- Hold a Certificate III and/or IV in Dental Assisting.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in the dental industry with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience with a friendly and caring attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the clinical and administrative teams.
