Clifton Community Health Services’ is a unique not-for-profit health care model that provides independent living options through to high care nursing home services and also operates a medical practice, private hospital and home care service.
We have permanent part-time opportunities available in our Assistant in Nursing cohort working an average of 50 hours per fortnight, across all shifts (morning, afternoon and night). The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts on an ad hoc basis.
Ideally you would have experience in a similar role and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

Candidates are required to present a current national police check (issued in the last 12 months) at the interview stage of the recruitment process.
