McGregor Gourlay is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Toowoomba team in a Merchandise Sales / Warehouse role. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to become an important member of our busy and dynamic team, while working with some of the industry’s most progressive growers and producers in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing exceptional service.
• Supporting with customer service and answering phones.
• Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Support with regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Help resolve any issues or discrepancies with incoming and outgoing orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.

• Hold a current drivers licence.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a forklift licence.
• Preferably have customer service experience.
• Preferably have agricultural knowledge and background.
• Have excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to work within an energetic, customer focused environment.
• High attention to detail, ability to organise, plan, prioritise and work to a deadline.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve.
• Ability to work as part of a team, to assist in achieving team objectives.
