About the role:
Based at our head office in Cannon Hill, we are looking for a Document & Change Management Controller who will:
- Lead the overall change management process and document control working collaboratively with the business
- Develop, maintain and audit document control systems and procedures including maintaining document revision control and update schedules
- Manage all project and operational documentation, ensuring proper filing and version control
- Perform system and process reviews with stakeholders to monitor and report compliance and take action to address any issues identified.
- Provide training on document control procedures and act as a coach for managers in helping them fulfill their role of change sponsors.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
- Assist with maintaining engineering drawings and registers for refinery, terminals, and other infrastructure operations.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to influence others and drive alignment towards a shared vision. Your excellent relationship-building skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Your experience includes:
- Experience and knowledge of document control, change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in document control systems, Microsoft Office Suite, digital filing systems and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and internal and external policies
