We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team under Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) . If you are passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving meaningful employment, we want to hear from you!
In anticipation of the announcement of the tender allocation, we are accepting Expressions of Interest for the following roles:
- Career Development Advisor (CDA) - achieving sustainable employment outcomes for participants in Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) by identifying and securing opportunities with local employers through proactive business development and maintaining strong relationships.
- Workplace Support Specialist (WSS) - providing ongoing support to customers and employers within Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) to ensure sustainable employment and outcomes are achieved.
- Customer Care Consultant (CCC) - providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, acting as a concierge to engage with customers, promote the employment services program, and ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities for field-based staff.
- Business Leader (BL) - leading a regional team to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, customers, and community partners to create sustainable employment opportunities and positive outcomes for participants in Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).

VIC: Bayside, Peninsula, Plenty, Maroondah
SA: North Adelaide, South Adelaide
QLD: Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Outer North Brisbane, North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Gladstone, Capricornia, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay
