Key Responsibilities:
The primary objective in this role is to provide administrative support and customer service ensuring the branch meets operational requirements.
- Coordinate mine site inductions, safety and reporting requirements for onsite technicians.
- Ensure assets are maintained according to schedule and stakeholder requirements.
- Front counter service as required.
- Assist invoicing as requested.
- Document recording, filing and archiving.
- Generate quotations as requested.
- Assist warehouse with operational tasks as requested
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, email and managing files and records.
- Experienced working with mine site compliance.
- Knowledge of specific computer software packages, including Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
