What You’ll Do:
As the Administration Assistant & Intake Coordinator, you will be the face of Acacia Psychology, responsible for managing client referrals and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes. Your key duties will include:
- Client Intake: Efficiently receiving and organising new client referrals and ongoing appointments via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
- Third-Party Coordination: Organising and facilitating communication between clients, clinicians, and external parties, including sending reports and other correspondence.
- Client Care: Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy, contributing to the ongoing improvement of patient care.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Upholding professional and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with a supportive and skilled team, contributing to the growth and development of our services.
