Transform the future of banking with Westpac! We're seeking a technically adept and driven Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic Digital Consumer Finance team in Gold Coast. You'll play a key role in bringing our ambitious vision to life by planning and delivering impactful change initiatives alongside strategic partners.

How will I help?

  • Lead and deliver technical projects within the Digital Consumer Finance domain.
  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks and compliance with Group standards.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage project resources, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to business case development and benefits realization.

  • Experience in project management within a complex technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to high standards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
  • Experience in risk management (desirable).
