About the Role
The Branch Manager plays a key role in the overall operational success of your branch and Buildsafe as a whole. You are responsible for the strategic operations of your branch including; leadership of your business unit, branch profitability, staff performance and management, safety and compliance and customer satisfaction. Working from our well established branch in the Sunshine Coast, you will be required to start at 5-5:30am most days.

- Leadership – Mentoring, Manage & Performance
- Product installation quality & compliance
- Training & competency
- Branch stock control
- Invoicing and profitability
- Manage work health & safety obligations
- Reports and operational compliance
About You
- Recent experience in a similar leadership role within the construction or building services industry
- A natural ability to lead, engage and empower a team
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with robust knowledge around profit and loss reporting. This will be important; as you will be required to identify ways in which the branch can achieve Budget, KPI’s and implement strategic initiatives.
- Utilise your highly developed communication skills and strong emotional intelligence to effectively drive change, move strategically and set direction to improve commercial outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills and able to integrate at all levels with an ability to influence
- The ability to demonstrate adaptability in line with the business growth
- Strong management of people and leadership skills
