About the role
Looking for an opportunity to use your passion for helping people? We have the perfect role for you! Our Personal Injuries team is looking for 2 Float Legal Assistants to join us in our Queensland North Injuries team on either a full time or part-time basis on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role can be located in Toowoomba, Ipswich or Rockhampton.
As a Float Legal Assistant, you will provide quality administrative and legal assistance to our skilled Lawyers.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
