We’re authorised Kubota dealers for mini excavators, tractors, mowers, and excavator parts. We sell a complete range of Kubota parts and products to meet the customer’s needs. Servicing the entire Queensland region, Allclass is an official 5 star authorised dealer for Kubota.
As a Service Technician, you will be instrumental in providing scheduled servicing and repairs both in the workshop and in the field. To succeed, the quality of your work will be exemplary, ensuring repeat business from our customers. As part of a close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with others to minimise turnaround times for the customer.
More specifically your duties will include the following:
- Work with the Service Team regarding daily schedule and changes
- Undertake builds, servicing and repairs while complying with Safe Work Method Statements
- Update the Service Team before during and after job is completed
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork
- Undertake trade related training to maintain competency
In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:
- Qualified in Mechanical Trade Diesel Fitting or equivalent
- Skilled at assessing and mitigating risk
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to collaborate with other roles and teams
- Ability to determine issues requiring escalation
The following criteria are considered desirable:
- Previous experience applying trade in the field will be highly regarded
