About the team
The Reserve Bank of Australia is hiring for a Senior Developer (.NET) on a 2-Year Fixed Term Contract arrangement running to March 2027. This role is within Information Technology, in a team supporting the Financial Markets Group (FMG) of the RBA. In this position, you will report to Team Lead, IT Market Systems and work with fellow developers, testers, business analysts and business users in an Agile environment.
About the role
- Be a software developer within IT Market Systems, supporting the Financial Markets Group
- Build and work on in-house built web applications
- Work in a team with other .NET developers in an Agile environment
About you
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages (C# preferred)
- Strong experience with web application development (eg ASP MVC, Razor, Blazor)
- Strong experience with database technologies (eg. MS SQL Server)
