Shift Production Workers Wanted - Bell Bay, TAS
Work with a Leading Employer | 12-Hour Shifts | Ongoing Opportunities
Programmed Skilled Workforce is on the hunt for reliable and hardworking Shift Production Workers to join a highly regarded client in Bell Bay, Tasmania .
This role involves 12-hour day/night shifts , including rostered and on-call work across the entire year. If you're looking for a physically active, hands-on role with the potential for long-term employment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Need to Succeed:
✔ Ability to pass a full medical, drug & alcohol assessment
✔ Physically fit & healthy - no history of asthma
✔ Comfortable working in extremely hot conditions while wearing full PPE
✔ Flexible to work on short notice , including public holidays
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety and following policies & procedures
✔ Experience operating a Forklift & Bridge/Gantry Crane (desirable but not essential)
✔ Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable but not essential)
