About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture Partnering Lead, you will partner with our corporate staff in Hobart and our national Hatchery teams, to support workforce planning, employee development, engagement and day-to-day HR operational services.
Your prior experience will:
-
make you an asset to our team, providing exceptional advice and support to help drive team and organisational performance.

demonstrate strong communication skills and be excellent at collaborating across different teams.

show how you have supported your stakeholders with Workplace Relations, EA matters and performance issues.
-
demonstrate your work with data as you’ll be creating and analysing reports (Power BI) and building salary benchmarking.

show you are willing to travel to different sites across Tasmania and occasionally travel interstate.

What would we like to see in our ideal team member?

Experience in HR support roles in an advisory capacity
-
An appetite to leverage AI and technology for business outcomes

Certified IV in HR, Business Administration or related field

AHRI Certified Practitioner (CPHR) or equivalent
-
A strong flexible work approach where being agile and responsive is second nature
-
Full working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver’s licence
