About the Role

We welcome applications from candidates located anywhere in Tasmania

Reporting directly to the Sales and Applications Engineering Manager you will assist in the selection, sales and support of our Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment and accessories.

Primarily you will be providing technical support, equipment selections and quotations to our internal and external customers. With a focus on customer service you will be part of our sales team to support customers across the state, provide technical presentations, training, and keep abreast with emerging trends and new products from our suppliers. The role may also require you to visit project sites to provide customers with field support.

Ideally a suitable applicant will have, or be able to:

  • A Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience
  • Identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships
  • Provide heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Have a current drivers licence
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

This position will suit a technically minded Refrigeration or HVAC technician, or a Diploma or Degree qualified Engineer with industry experience. Diverse experience in the HVAC-R sector would be considered favorably.
