An exciting opportunity exists for an individual to join our progressive, professional and friendly team as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant in our Launceston Team!

While the responsibilities of the Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant role are varied, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and devising innovative strategies to achieve commercial sales as well as increasing revenue through the leasing of commercial properties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Commercial sales and leasing functions
  • Foster new business development
  • Proactively prospect and market for new clients and new business opportunities
  • Conduct market appraisals for the purpose of advising landlords of the current market value and potential returns
  • Create and deliver effective proposal presentations, prospecting plans, networking strategies and action plans
  • Convert presentations and proposals delivered to property owners into agency agreements
  • Provide high quality, reliable, accurate and relevant professional advice and services to potential clients
  • Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets and keep abreast of market development and indicators
  • Achieve individual monthly/quarterly revenue targets as set by management
  • Promote the office brand and team

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current property representatives license
  • Possession of a current drivers license
  • Ability to provide a motor vehicle for work use
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a close team environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets/KPIS
