We currently have an exciting role for you to join our highly motivated and driven Customer Relations Team.
The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, the ability to communicate effectively, a strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a team environment.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting with the promotion and provision of an effective and efficient customer and council service
- Delivering exceptional customer experience via multiple channels
- Striving to deliver a first contact resolution at every opportunity
- Supports innovative new ways to connect with our community
- Acting as the ultimate customer advocate, viewing the City of PAE through the customer’s lens and continually working towards service expectations
- Undertaking specific activities, functions and projects that fall within the scope of this position
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Previous experience in Contact Centre environment (desired)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and manage conflict
- Sound interpersonal and problem-solving skills

This is a Level 3 position which has a current casual rate of $43.44 per hour plus 25% loading (plus Super).
