An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Residential Care team in the role of Residential Services Manager overseeing Oakfield Lodge in Mount Barker.

About the role

As the Residential Services Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high quality person-centred care and services to your residents by using all available resources and modern management practices.

Your strengths in operational and financial management, stakeholder relationships, workforce planning and optimising service delivery will ensure success in the role. You will contribute to the ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.

About you

With a significant level of senior management experience within the healthcare sector, you will be outcome-focused with a proven track record in developing teams and delivering results, as well as an in-depth knowledge of care related services.

Experience within the Aged Care Sector is essential, as are relevant tertiary qualifications, Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration, current First Aid and CPR Certificates, high-level communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues and leaders at all levels from across the organisation.
