- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, connecting with our small to medium-sized clients.
- Strengthening relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Uncovering new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Smashing sales targets and playing a key role in our success.
- Being a Boral brand ambassador , educating clients on our market-leading products and services.
- Keeping our customer database sharp, ensuring accurate records and tracking interactions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in sales or account management
Bonus points if you’ve worked in the construction industry ! - Strong computer Literacy & ability to master systems quickly
- Experience in using Salesforce will be an advantage
- Top-notch communication and relationship management skills.
- A sharp eye on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts.
- A results-driven mindset – you love exceeding targets and KPIs!
