Description:
The CAD Designer/Draftsperson has the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed engineering drawings for Power systems purpose.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand and interpret design specifications.
- Creating technical drawings or blueprints using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
- Assisting in the development of design concepts, layouts, and models.
- Ensure all drawings and designs meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain design and drawing archives.
Requirements:
A successful CAD Designer/Draftsperson meets with the following requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Previous experience within the Power industry (desirable)
- Ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others
- Full working rights in Australia and currently living in the country
- Strong technical design skills
- Excellent attention to detail
