The opportunity:Start your Heavy Fabrication / Boilermaker apprenticeship with Genis Steel and work on projects that will set you apart from other apprentices.
Known for their strong reputation, Genis Steel manages all aspects of steel fabrication from on-site measuring, in-house drafting, fabrication, through to full site installation and are looking for an apprentice to join their growing team.
Location : Elizabeth South SA
Duration : 4 year fully paid apprenticeship with plenty of training and development opportunities
About the role:
- Learn various welding and fabrication techniques as you work on steel projects of all sizes
- Work on projects for a range of construction sectors, including commercial, mining, defence, industrial and infrastructure
- You'll receive support from a very supportive workshop and a dedicated mentor to help you complete your apprenticeship
About You:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of minimum Year 11 High School
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Love working with metal
- Training and development opportunities
- Great variety of work
- Obtain a Nationally recognised Cert III Engineering Fabrication qualification
- Mentoring and support from experienced industry professionals
- All training fees and PPE paid for
