We are seeking Full-time Trainers & Assesors in our Adelaide Campus for Immediate start. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining our commitment to quality education.

Swann College is Currently seeking qualified Trainers for the following qualifications in Adelaide.

1. AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

2.AUR30320 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology

3. AUR31120 Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology

4. AUR31520 Certificate III in Automotive Diesel Engine Technology

5. AUR30820 Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

The delivery of quality training and assessment of theory and simulated practicals.

· Develop detailed session plans to support your delivery

· Applying industry skills and knowledge to enhance learning activities and source learning support materials

· Facilitating students progression through regular student contact and providing student support as required

· Marking of students assessments in a timely manner

· Participate in moderation/validation sessions as required and facilitate continuous improvement

· Travel to different locations/facilities to assess students during their vocational placement if required as part of the Qualification.

Skills and experience

In addition, you will need to hold the following minimum Qualifications and Experience;

  • Must hold the relevant qualification to at least the level of delivery or higher
  • Applicants must hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Must have recent industry/professional experience within your field (Minimum of 3 years)
  • Previous RTO Training and Assessment experience (Ideal)
  • Evidence portfolio of professional development

  • Flexible teaching and learning style/strategies to serve the needs of the students
  • Good computer skills and adaptability to new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A high attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
