Solis College is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Adelaide, The college is currently offering Certificate III to Graduate Diploma level courses in Community Service, Hospitality, Business & IT sector to Domestic and International students.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Marketing Officers and Marketing Executives who have proven experience in sourcing and recruiting students through education agents and managing marketing related activities to join our RTO team. The Marketing Officer/Manager position makes a major contribution to college’s onshore and offshore recruitment objectives by managing, planning and implementing marketing strategies in consultation with the CEO and the Leadership Team.

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Vocational or tertiary qualification in business, management or marketing related domains/fields.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in education marketing, marketing management or related roles.
- Sound knowledge of the relevant Standards for RTOs 2015, and The National Code 2018 related to marketing and agents and ensuring compliance in student and agent/agency recruitment processes.
- Sound knowledge of the Australian education industry, the VET sector and academic pathways.
- Sound knowledge of the requirements of the relevant ESOS standards in relation to marketing of courses, student recruitment, student enrolment procedures, deferments, suspensions, overseas students transfer, course progress, agents/agency management and performance review, and management of print and online marketing information and resources.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns based on analysis of market research and intelligence, in particular international markets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing agent/agency contracts, reviewing agent/agency performance and preparing and presenting marketing reports.
- Experience in developing, managing, and reviewing marketing materials, including online contents.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage several projects at one time and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate the marketing team.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write marketing plans, develop and deliver presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build solid working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation and with key external professional stakeholders and service providers.
- A commitment to the provision of excellent customer service and demonstrated high level of attention to detail and quality assurance.
- High level computer skills including the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
