About the Role
We are seeking a confident, organised and efficient personal assistant with proven medical experience. The ideal candidate will be compassionate yet professional, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a full-time position based at our modern, award-winning Angas Street facility in the heart of the city.
About You
You will be a bit of a superstar communicator, with an ability to consider and understand the extent to which client needs are being met and implement solutions to deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll also be able to adapt your communication style to suit individuals in challenging situations. Your detail-oriented nature means you are extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes.
You’ll be team-oriented - willing to jump in and provide administrative support to the practice demonstrating your exceptional customer service experience.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite (Essential)
- Previous experience using either Medical Director or FYDO – desirable
- Proven medical reception/administration experience
- Experience with Eclipse, Medicare, HICAPS and DVA processing an advantage
- National Police check (essential)
- Working With Children Check (essential)

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
