Marsh is seeking an experienced Principal Broker to join our Corporate team in Darwin. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in new business and account management in Property and Casualty.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Grow a corporate portfolio through new logo acquisition and organic expansion.
  • On-board new clients and effectively deliver on our value proposition.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers at a senior level.
  • Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies while ensuring high-quality customer service.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of corporate broking experience.
  • Proven ability to produce new business.
  • Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products for key industry sectors.
  • Strong market presence within General Insurance.
