We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service, and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Electrical Technician.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment. We will provide both on the job and accredited training to a suitable electrician in both Industrial Electrical and EEHA disciplines. The candidate will be working in a team environment to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard. Primary duties will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment in hazardous environments, particularly those involving explosive atmospheres (EEHA). After completing training
  • Ensuring that all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Providing technical support to other team members and customers as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work completed and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and complete.
  • Participating in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Potential for nightshift and weekend work with uplift.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • A relevant electrical qualification, such as an electrical apprenticeship or a Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current C class driver's license.

We are willing to train the right candidate in the areas of EEHA and the Industrial electrical industry if they do not have any prior experience.
