The Role:
We are seeking a Senior MDM Engineer with end-to-end experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCCM, Intune, and SOE design & deployment for modern device management. This role requires deep technical expertise in MDM, Intune, SCCM, and SOE modern tech management to drive enterprise-level deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & deploy MDM/MAM solutions using Intune & SCCM
- Lead SOE design and implementation projects
- Deploy and manage apps via Intune & Samsung Knox
- Handle SCCM & Intune migrations and troubleshooting
- Engage with stakeholders and provide technical documentation
- Work on Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and mobile service management (Optus/Telstra portals)
- Lead escalation of Intune & SCCM issues with Microsoft & app vendors
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solution design
- Strong background in SOE deployment & modern tech management
- Deep understanding of Active Directory (on-prem & Azure), authentication protocols
- Hands-on experience with iOS & Android MDM management (Intune, Samsung Knox, Apple Business Manager)
- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Strong stakeholder engagement & technical documentation skills
Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft and/or VMware certifications
- ITIL certifications
- Background in call centre/telephony environments
- Experience designing & supporting new solutions
