About the role:This position will concentrate on Dynamics 365, covering Field Service, Customer Service, and other core modules, with a focus on delivering integrated solutions to improve business operations. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs, managing data migrations and integrity, and optimizing system performance and user experience. The role also entails testing, debugging, and documenting technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives, and offering continuous support, maintenance, and improvements to ensure platform reliability and security.
Responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including Field Service and Customer Service modules.
- Customize interfaces, workflows, and dashboards to improve scheduling and service tracking.
- Integrate with third-party systems and build automated workflows using Power Automate and APIs.
- Manage data migrations, optimize performance, and improve analytics and decision-making.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and document solutions for troubleshooting and future updates.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and ensure system stability, security, and performance.
- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, including Field Service, Customer Service, and other modules.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving : Skilled at analyzing business requirements and troubleshooting complex technical issues, particularly in field service operations, scheduling, and mobile solutions.
- Collaboration : Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and aligning field service solutions with broader business objectives through effective stakeholder communication.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes for field service workflows and integrations.
- Adaptability : Quick to learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and practices, particularly in Dynamics 365 Field Service and system integrations.
