Description:
The Role:
- Full-time permanent role
- Salary: Depending on experience $75-100k + super
- Inner suburbs of Melbourne
- Office based role for the first few months through training
- Hybrid after training: 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll using varied software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly IAS/BAS returns
- Complete bookkeeping to cover accounts payable, receivable, superannuation, Workcover, payroll tax
- Attend to reconciliations, journal and data entry
- Bookkeeping process using NetSuite software
- Liaising with clients and statutory authorities
- Ensure timely delivery of services and effective management of own workflow to meet deadlines
- Maintaining filing of client records in an organise and up to date manner electronically
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years Australian Bookkeeping experience
- Relevant Bookkeeping certificate/qualifications
- Prior experience with payroll
- Ideally NetSuite experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
