Cliental with this builder consists of 2nd and 3rd homebuyers, the vast majority of the homes you'll be selling are KDRB so previous experience in this area is preferred.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director, you will run sales alongside one other within the display, giving you full autonomy to portray your personal brand. You will come up with marketing, advertising and new designs. You will be working with a supportive team who will provide you with all the tools necessary to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet highly rewarding position.
What you need:
- 2+ years of prior Sales Consultant experience within residential construction - new homes sales
- Must be able to amend plans and have high level understanding on council regulations
- A strong sales average (homes per month)
- Thorough understanding of the current market
- Must be proactive and not wait for sales to come to you
- Willing to work 5 days a week incl Saturday
