Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in administration and order processing? We're looking for a Customer Logistics Assistant to join our client, a proudly Australian, family-owned pharmaceutical company that specialise in natural products and healthy solutions. Located in Oakleigh South, this is in an ongoing Day shift position.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting order fulfilment and logistics processes
- Monitoring and tracking deliveries on the DHL portal
- Assisting with inventory control and stock transfers
- Liaising with warehouse teams, 3PL, and transport providers
- Maintaining accurate freight and dispatch documentation
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of admin or logistics experience (FMCG preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills working with different stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve
- AX Dynamics experience (preferred)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
