About the role
As a passionate Speech Pathologist based in south-west Sydney , you will support a culturally and linguistically diverse group of clients of all ages and abilities, delivering evidence-based, culturally appropriate services across home, community, and office settings. In light of this culturally and linguistically diverse client base, if you are able to converse in a second language such as Arabic, Vietnamese, Cantonese etc. this will be highly regarded in your application. Collaborate with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, with guidance from Senior Practitioners and your dedicated Clinical Supervisor.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assess and support clients’ language, literacy, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals.
- Empower clients through culturally safe, strengths-based approaches.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree qualification in Speech Pathology + current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Ability to converse in a second language with clients such as Arabic, Vietnamese, Cantonese etc. is highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license (pool cars provided).
- Passion for enabling people with diverse needs to reach their goals.
