About the Role

As a passionate Speech Pathologist , you will work with clients of all ages and abilities, delivering evidence-based, culturally appropriate services across home, community, and office settings. Collaborate with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, with guidance from Senior Practitioners and your dedicated Clinical Supervisor.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assess and support clients’ language, literacy, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals.
  • Empower clients through culturally safe, strengths-based approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia - essential.

  • Valid driver’s license (pool cars provided).

  • Passion for enabling people with disabilities to reach their goals.

  • Integrity, respect, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
