The Opportunity

Our People team is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse in our Health, Hygiene and Wellbeing team based in Port Kembla NSW .

As part of a skilled and supportive team, you will play a vital role in caring for our employees through injury management and treatment, health monitoring, and rehabilitation services. In this dynamic, employee-facing role, you’ll also be at the heart of championing our health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.

Enjoy working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm whilst receiving a competitive remuneration package and additional benefits such as attractive superannuation options and a profit share plan (annual bonus).

What Will You Do?

Working across both our operational manufacturing sites and our support functions located in Port Kembla, you will:

  • provide injury and illness response, treatment and advice to our employees including attending emergency calls on-site
  • undertake employment related examinations including drug & alcohol screening, hearing tests and spirometry
  • ensure employees are aware of and have access to employee support services including counselling, psychological and welfare support
  • lead and promote health and wellbeing programs and events
  • manage and maintain accurate medical records, perform equipment calibration and maintenance, stock rotation and ordering of supplies
