About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Team Leader and Senior Practitioner, the successful candidate will receive competitive remuneration according to the SCHADS Award, the Level dependent on experience (in the range of $85,000-$110,000), plus superannuation and access to salary packaging, training and professional development opportunities including EAP , supervision and reflective practice.
The position is full time , 76 hrs per fortnight.

About you:
- hold a Bachelor of Social Work or other equivalent qualification, OR
- have a minimum 5 years relevant professional experience, OR a related qualification as per the mandatory minimum qualification requirements, OR
- hold significant cultural knowledge and experience or lived experience and have faced barriers to educational pathways inline with the requirements of REC 209.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a high security refuge setting
- Working with Children check
- National Police Check (international police check if required)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current unrestricted Victorian driver’s license with good driving record
- Experience in refuge preferred.
