The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre. This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
We are now seeking expressions of interest for part-time Premium Services Executive Hosts looking to be part of the inaugural team.
The Premium Services Executive Host, reporting to the Premium Services Operations Manager, ensures all our Premium and VIP Guests have a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.
A few of your responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with their access to VIP/Premium rooms

Assist guests with queries regarding VIP membership

Host guest events
-
Input bookings and accommodation for VIP guests
What we will be looking for
-
Proven experience within a Premium/VIP Guest Experience team is preferred, but not essential

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders

A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions

Impeccable grooming and professional presentation in line with five-star service standards

Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences

Willingness to learn and develop comprehensive knowledge of the loyalty programs
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or guest related field and always ensure our guests are a number one priority. You will thrive on providing guests with an experience that exceeds expectations and go above and beyond for our VIP guests.
