We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Administrator. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in ensuring that the business has the goods and services required to service our clients that are the best possible quality, are fit for purpose, reliable and at the most competitive and relevant price. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Fostering a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders and demonstrating a superior level of customer service.
  • Sell the merits of the Contract and communicate trade and work volume opportunities.
  • Report status of the Sign-up process to and proactively flag delays to this process to the Assurance and SDP Manager for escalation to key Management personnel.
  • Complete the Service delivery partner Sign-up File, review for accuracy and completeness.
  • Run and manage weekly License Management Report.

What You’ll Bring

  • A High School certificate or tertiary qualification.
  • Extensive experience in purchasing or supply chain related roles.
  • Strong administration experience is preferred.
  • Time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Supplier and stakeholder relationship management experience.
