About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide direction, leadership, continuous improvement, and co-ordination of administration services within Cancer Care Services (CCS). This includes providing expert administration advice on human resource management, industrial relations, and workforce change management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead CCS's Administration Supervisors in the provision of a dynamic and client-focused administration team that emphasises excellence in client interface, administrative support for clinical staff, and accurate practices.
- Maintain and audit performance and uphold key performance indicators (KPI's) for each team through their supervisors. Demonstrate the ability to support and action KPI's across the administration service, as required.
- Generate and analyse reports regarding CCS operations, human resources, recruitment, myHR, payroll and staffing issues, identifying key issues and resolutions that contribute toward the improvement of HR and business processes and systems in place within CCS.
