As part of the Risk and Compliance Crew we play a critical role in building a brighter future for all by ensuring our people have the right frameworks, tools, and resources to deliver better customer outcomes through leading risk and compliance management. We empower Line 1 or Line 2 Risk Professionals with the relevant tools and resources to deliver smart risk and compliance outcomes across your Business/Support Units.

We are interested in hearing from people who

  • Have solid hands-on industry experience in a similar role

  • Pride themselves in their ability in designing technical solutions by creating blueprints for systems that include software, and networks through their expertise in AWS, Serverless Technology and AI, Java, IBM Open Pages

  • Are confident analysing business needs, identifying problem areas and evaluating the needs of the organisation

  • Are knowledgeable in their proposing recommendation of solutions including potential challenges and providing roadmaps

  • Are constantly collaborating with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly

  • Are constantly communicating with stakeholders with the progress of projects and sharing new features and benefits

  • Pride themselves on developing a strategic technical vision for the product and estimating the budget

  • Are knowledgeable documenting best practice and sharing knowledge about new solutions and best practices

  • Are confident evaluating constraints including identifying alternatives and mitigating risks

  • Are confident working as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!

  • Programming - Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service, Java, React.js

  • CI/CD tooling (Git, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.) or equivalent

  • AWS

  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues, optimizing platform performance and reliability, to identify and address platform performance issues proactively

  • Infrastructure as Code practices and principles

  • Automating repetitive tasks using Python, Ansible, shell scripting, etc

  • Decomposing complex problems down into manageable components

  • Reviewing proposed code changes and recommending alterations

  • Experience with AI Enabling of Applications

  • Able and willing to participate in hands-on configuration activities
