The Role:
We are looking for a Full-Time Office Manager at Baptcare The Orchards Community , in Doncaster East, Victoria. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment. It also entails regular interaction with staff, residents, families, and visitors. Adaptability and a positive approach to meeting evolving community needs are essential. The responsibilities encompass roster management, recruitment, administration, procurement, and coordination of the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management.
- Maintain staffing levels per Manager's directive.
- Leadership experience.
- Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems.
About You:
- Proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in essential computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
