Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a knack for driving results? Queensland Country Bank is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand's future.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive membership growth, and boost customer engagement through personalised content and interactions.
- Take the lead in marketing our product offerings, from lending and deposits to insurance. You'll optimise campaigns and content distribution to support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
- Showcase your creativity by developing captivating blogs, articles, infographics, and videos that connect with our audience and strengthen our brand identity.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess campaign success, refine strategies, and ensure resources are allocated wisely within budget.
- Strategically deploy paid media advertising to extend campaign reach, track performance, and uncover conversion opportunities to deliver the best return on investment.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week based in either our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Administration Office.
What you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Previous experience in a Senior Marketing role, with a focus on campaign delivery and brand development (minimum 5 years’ experience desired)
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business
- Previous experience in Financial Services Industry (Desirable)
