The Role
The Customer Resolutions Specialist manages disputes and oversees document custody, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high customer service standards in line with Pepper's guidelines. The aim is to provide a seamless, positive experience for customers by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Dispute Management: Keep track of disputes as required by legislation and keep all relevant departments in the loop throughout the process.
- Customer Solutions : Stay on top of the Customer Solutions inbox, inbound calls, and mail inquiries, responding promptly in line with policy and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Ensure disputes and resolution efforts are recorded and archived accurately and on time.
- Risk Reporting : Quickly report any potential risks to the appropriate authority.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, always delivering top-notch customer service.
About you
