Opportunity:
This ambitious and secure FinTech are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer as they grow their Support team.
You will serve as the go-to expert for escalated technical issues, guiding problem resolution and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers’ needs are exceeded!
Things you’ll be dealing with:
- Guide new customers through technical aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integrations and a successful go-live experience.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve escalated customer issues, focusing on advanced troubleshooting of API-centric integrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders when deeper technical insights are required.
- Actively track tickets, ensuring proper priority levels, meeting SLAs, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
You’ll also be key in helping develop and optimise this support function. Your input and expertise genuinely matters, not only to clients, but to the business!
Experience required:
- A proven background of working in a technical support role within a complex software environment (API-first) – Ideally focusing on bespoke-software integration and advanced troubleshooting.
- Understanding of web technologies (REST API’s).
- SQL or NoSQL (Reporting & Investigation).
- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry (In-particular card payments).
In additional to the above technical skills, you’ll be comfortable and confident working in a scale-up business. You’ll be eager to roll your sleeves up, taking a proactive approach to resolving customer challenges.
What’s on offer:
- A salary between $82,000 - $92,000 AUD
- Fully-remote working
