About the Role
As the Business Improvement Lead your primary focus will be establishing a robust process management framework and maintaining our new process management system. You will play a vital role in supporting the Council's Future Ready program, including the core systems renewal project, by providing process mapping and improvement expertise. Additionally, you will offer guidance, support, and coaching to teams throughout the organisation, fostering a culture of process management and continuous improvement.

About the Successful Candidate
To excel in this position, you should bring significant relevant experience, including expertise in a process improvement methodology that aims to identify and implement efficiencies within our processes.
